Do you bill my insurance company?
We do not bill the insurance company at this time. The service must be pay for up front and submit the invoice to your insurance company.

Do you accept AAA?
We do not currently accept AAA.

What information do I need to get my car towed?
About the vehicle: Location, type of vehicle, make, model, year, color, license plate number, what is wrong with your vehicle, and address of where the vehicle is being towed.
About you: Phone number and how you are paying.

What are hours of operation?
Our drivers are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

When will I be billed?
All invoices are due at the time of the tow.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and card (Discover, American Express, Mastercard, and Visa).
